1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your communications with Enlisted Consulting LLC, doing business as Enlisted Logistics ("Enlisted Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, contacting us, or exchanging calls or text messages with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or contact us.

2. Who we are

Enlisted Logistics is the land acquisition division of Enlisted Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We purchase vacant and rural land directly from property owners across the United States.

3. What we do — and what we don't

We are a buyer of real property. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not act as your agent, broker, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. We do not list properties for sale, represent sellers, or collect commissions.

Nothing we tell you is legal, tax, or financial advice. You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, tax professional, or advisor before agreeing to sell any property.

4. Offers are not binding contracts

Any offer amount we communicate to you — whether by phone, text message, email, or letter — is a non-binding indication of interest. It is subject to our review of title, access, zoning, liens, back taxes, and other diligence. Neither party is bound until both sides sign a written purchase agreement.

You are under no obligation to accept any offer, and we are under no obligation to make one.

5. SMS text messaging terms

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Enlisted Logistics when you call or text one of our published phone numbers, including a number printed on a letter or postcard we mailed to you; when you give us your mobile number during a conversation and agree to be contacted by text; or when you submit your mobile number to us in writing about a property.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving an offer or of selling any property to us.

What we send

Messages relate to the property inquiry you contacted us about: offer amounts and terms, requests for information, scheduling, and closing coordination. We do not send bulk or untargeted marketing blasts.

Frequency, rates, and delivery

Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you later opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 13.

Messaging is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and plan. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Phone calls and recording

Calls to and from our published numbers may be recorded for quality and recordkeeping. Where a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us and we will end the recording or continue by another method.

7. Information you provide

You agree that information you give us about a property — ownership, parcel numbers, liens, access, and similar details — is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on public records and our own diligence, and we may withdraw or revise an offer if what we find differs materially from what was described.

8. Website content

The content on this site is owned by Enlisted Consulting LLC and is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Property values, timelines, and closing dates described on this site are illustrative and not guarantees.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enlisted Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your communications with us. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
