• Contact information you give us — your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• Property information — the parcel number, property address, county, and any details you share about ownership, access, liens, or back taxes.
• Communication records — notes from our calls, text messages, and emails, and call recordings where we have told you the call is being recorded.
• Public records — county assessor, recorder, and tax records, along with comparable sales data, which we use to research a parcel.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card information through this website. If a transaction proceeds to closing, that information is collected directly by the licensed title company handling the closing, under its own privacy practices.

4. SMS text messaging terms and consent

How you consent

You consent to receive text messages from Enlisted Logistics when you take one of the following actions:

• You call or send a text message to one of our published phone numbers, including a number printed on a letter or postcard we mailed to you.
• You give us your mobile number during a conversation and ask us, or agree, to follow up by text.
• You submit your mobile number to us in writing in connection with a property inquiry.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of selling your property to us or of receiving an offer.

What we send

Messages relate to the property inquiry you contacted us about: offer amounts and terms, requests for information needed to complete our research, scheduling, and closing coordination.

Frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you later opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 11.

Supported carriers

Messaging is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and plan.

5. How we share information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. Companies that host our systems, send our messages, or manage our customer records, acting on our instructions and bound to protect the information. As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing.
• Title companies and closing agents. If you accept an offer, we share the information needed to complete the closing.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. If you opt out of text messages, we retain a record of your opt-out so that we can honor it.

7. Your choices and rights

• Text messages. Reply STOP at any time.
• Phone calls. Tell us on any call that you do not wish to be contacted again and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
• Email. Use the unsubscribe link, or reply asking to be removed.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Contact us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are directed to property owners and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
